My sisters Adrian and Natalie.

"What's the good of news if you haven't a sister to share it?" ~Jenny DeVries

I have two sisters, Natalie and Adrian. I LOVE MY SISTERS! If I lost them, I would be lost.

Adrian:
First of all, my sister Adrian was a year older than me in school. We were best friends (kind of had a love/hate relationship when we were younger). She is kind of the opposite of me. She's calm, kind of shy, and hates to talk on the phone (except to me :)). Her and Nate (her hubby) have three kids. She lives in Bountiful and is pregnant with her fourth child.

Adrian has placenta previa. This is actually her second time with it. She is 25 weeks pregnant and has already started to bleed. She is on bed rest to try and convince her body to carry the baby as long as possible. I know that I probably read too much about what could happen, but ya know, if I lost my sister, I would want her to know how much I love her. I know that the chances of her passing away is pretty slim, but the thought crossed my mind this week. WOW, that would be really hard to lose her.

She and I shared a room together growing up. I manipulated her to shut off the light every night! I scared her (on purpose...a lot) by hanging over the side of our bunk beds and making a special face with my eyes. I was mean to her. She used to bribe me to make her phone calls for her. She was OBSESSIVE about keeping our room clean. She made me sign a contract once that I would keep my side clean. (BREECH OF CONTRACT...on my part obviously!). I remember dressing our cats in doll clothes together. I remember cutting hay in the same hay field and finding her crying once. She was so sad because she had accidentally hit a fawn (a baby deer...they look just like Bambi) with her swather (a piece of machinery that cuts alfalfa). She was heart broken. She's such a genuinely sweet and caring person. She loves her children and is such a good mom. I love staying up late just to chat when we're both in Holden at the same time.

Natalie:
Nat and her hubby Jason live in Delta. I ALWAYS try to convince her to move closer to me. She has three little boys. Nat and I were a little farther apart than Ad and I. She was the BIG sister. She bossed us around, forced us to clean the house, and HATED when we stole her things.

Nat is everyone's best friend in the whole family. Natalie is the one that I call if I need to vent. She is SUCH a good listener. She is the first to be excited for me, and the first to lend an ear if I need it. She ALWAYS takes my side. She has been such a great example to me.

Nat is good at anything she tries. She can whip out 100 crafts in no time. She is EXTREMELY creative and has such an artistic talent in many ways. She has a beautiful singing voice too. She is one of those people that does it all. She is the primary president in her ward and just RUNS THE SHOW. She's a laid back mom, which I love. She has the CUTEST and HAPPIEST babies in the whole world (I get fussy babies for some reason...darn it!).

My two sisters are the best in the world.

Loved the temple post--it is always so great to escape and get to the temple with your husband.

Great job on the decorating!
